Warranty and faults

Meiho tackle boxes and cases are made in Japan by Meiho Chemical Industry. If you think something you bought through a Monster Distribution stockist is faulty, start with the store you bought it from, they can replace it or send it back to us.

Where that is not practical, write to us directly and we will take it from there.

What to send

• Your name, phone number and address
• The store you bought it from, and roughly when
• The product, the model number and colour (for example Versus VS-3020NDM, or Bucket Mouth BM-7000 in black)
• The barcode from the packet or the sticker on the case if you still have it
• What went wrong, a latch, a hinge, a divider, a gasket
• A photograph of the case and the packet
